Trigg County suffered their second straight soccer loss, falling to Caldwell County 6-3 Thursday night in Princeton.
The Lady Wildcats got two goals from Lauren Frazier and a goal from Brooklyn Thomas. Frazier assisted on Thomas' goal, while Amanda Want and Danielle Adams also had assists.
Trigg County falls to 1-3 with the loss and returns to action Tuesday at Lyon County. Caldwell County ups their record to 5-0 and travels to Reidland Monday.
In other girls soccer action Thursday:
- Fort Campbell beat Hopkins County Central 6-4
- Hopkinsville hammered Todd County Central 10-0
- Webster County over Muhlenberg County 4-2
Tonight, Fort Campbell travels to Kenwood.
In JV action, University Heights Academy beat Logan County 5-0 in Russellville. Connor East scored two goals and Sally Morse put another one in the net to put the Lady Blazers ahead at halftime. Chandler Hall and Meg Starling had one assist each. Morse and Emily Pape scored one goal each in the second half to secure the win. Keeper Carson Bryant posted the shutout in the goal.
