Second region Softball Tournament Pairings

Here are the pairings for the Second Region Softball Tournament that gets underway today at Hopkinsville High School.

MONDAY

11am - Livingston Central (18-12) vs. Dawson Springs (21-10) -- Despite coming into the game as the 7th District runner-up, Dawson Springs beat Livingston twice during the regular season, including once in the All-A Region Tournament.

1pm - Henderson County (15-18) vs. University Heights (9-19) -- These teams did not play during the regular season.

3pm - Hopkins County Central (26-10) vs. Crittenden County (6-14) -- Hopkins Central won 12-2 in six innings on May 10.

5pm - Christian County (34-4) vs. Union County (24-10) -- These teams did not meet in the regular season.

TUESDAY

5:30pm and 7:30pm - Semifinals

WEDNESDAY

5:30pm - Championship (If Hopkins Central is in the championship game, it will be played Thursday).
