Trigg Middle falls at state football tourney

Trigg County Middle School saw their football season come to an end with a 42-0 loss to Meece Middle in the semifinals of the 8th Grade Division II playoffs in Lexington.

Meece, located in Somerset, rolled to a 42-0 lead by halftime and coasted to the win.

Trigg County, who started five 7th graders on the team, finishes their season with a record of 8-3.
