Tyshawn Edmonson to transfer from St. Johns

Former University Heights Academy guard Tyshawn Edmonson has decided to transfer from St. Johns University after just one season,according to the New York Daily News. The freshman averaged 1.7 points and one rebound in 26 games for the Red Storm this year.

Edmonson scored a season-high eight points against Miami Dec. 27.

The Red Storm finished 16-18 this past year, and reports say Edmonson isn't the only unhappy camper on the St. Johns roster.
