Ben Franklin is a new hero of mine

So count me among the people without power, cell service, and internet connection over the past few days.

Thousands of people in Caldwell and Trigg counties remain without power, even though more and more are seeing power restored.  That was the case for the people across the street from me.  But I'm still in the dark.

It was a very eerie scene to look down my street last night and see the left side lighted up and the right side totally dark.

I have been able to borrow some electricity and an internet connection to keep the blog updated.
