After a lackidasical first half, the Lady Wildcats outscored Fulton City 31-16 in the second half.

Elysia Brown scored 12 points and grabbed nine rebounds, while Ashley Matlock had 10 points and five rebounds.
Trinity Wortham hit a pair of 3-pointers and finished with eight points, and Janada Acree had eight points and seven rebounds.
Trigg County struggled shooting the basketball in their opener, hitting just 19-of-62 shots (31%) and 3-of-19 from 3-point range (16%).
Sharmemey Chambers had 11 points and six rebounds for Fulton City, who have lost 59 straight games dating back to the 2005-06 season.
