Trigg County show little effects from a long layoff as they beat Webster County 4-0 Tuesday night in Dixon.
The win snapped a three-game losing streak and ups the Lady Wildcat record to 3-5 on the season.
Trigg County will host Muhlenberg South Thursday at the Complex in the first of three consecutive home games.
In other games from Tuesday:
- Hopkinsville got two goals from Bennett Peck as the Lady Tigers beat University Heights 4-2. Payton Bucko and Josie Stewart also had goals, and Bucko, Peck, and Christine Soldo had assists. Sara Allen and Jessica Harper scored goals for UHA, who dropped to 3-3 with their third straight loss. The Lady Blazers will travel to Hopkins Central Thursday. Hopkinsville is now 8-2 and will trvel to Mayfield today. Hoptown also won the JV game 6-1 behind a hat trick from Lexi Sabatino and two goals by Lexie Bozell.
