Trigg County got back on the winning track with a 7-0 win at Dawson Springs Tuesday. The Wildcats improved to 2-1 overall and 1-1 in the district.
Trevor Harper had his second career hat trick, and Jeremy Stamps added two goals for the Wildcats, who also got goals from Roman Cail and Aaron Yielding. Joel Ben Thomas and Jared Stallons also had assists.
Trigg County got strong defensive play from Ezra McNichols, who saw time in place of the injured Wesley Croom.
Trigg County also won the JV game 2-0 behind two goals from Colten Bridges.
The Wildcats will host Lyon County Thursday night at the Complex.

- Fort Campbell beat Todd County Central 5-1. Mike Massie scored 2 goals and had 1 assist, while
Tony Duran, Tim Place, and Caleb Stuart each scored one goal. Blake Eslinger added 1 assist as well, and Bryce Whitson recorded 8 saves in goal. Fort Campbell also won the JV game 7-1 behind two goals apiece from Jacob Caraccilo and David Sahms. Eric Torres, Dillon Schroeder, and Tre Such each scored goals also. Fort Campbell's varsity team (1-3) return to acion Thursday at Hopkins County Central.
