Graves County pulled away fron Trigg County in the third quarter to post an 86-66 win Saturday night in Mayfield.
The Eagles led 37-33 at halftime before outscoring Trigg by 10 points in the third quarter to take control of the game.
Shelton Burress hit six of Trigg County's nine 3-pointers in the game and finished with 27 points. Jonathon King scored 16 points and became the 20th member of the school's 1,000-point club in the game. Dustin White added eight points.
12 players scored for Graves County in the game, with five of those in double figures. Josh Doggett led the Eagles with 21 points, while Ryan Williams scored 18 points, and Cody Harris scored 12 points and grabbed 13 rebounds.
The 86 points scored by Graves was the most since beating Ballard Memorial in the district tournament two years ago.
Graves County (17-9) outrebounded Trigg 37-25 and shot 12-of-22 at the free throw line. Trigg was a perfect 5-for-5.
Trigg County fell to 10-13 and will host University Heights Monday at Wildcat Gym.
