Eight Trigg County Wildcats have been named to the Class 2A All Western Kentucky Conference Football team. In addition, two Wildcats were named First Team All-WKC for all six classes and two more were named All-WKC for classes 1A-3A.
Offensive lineman Ben Koenig and defensive lineman Dustin Calhoun were named First Team All-WKC for all six classes.
Running back Brandon Bridges and defensive back Scotty Mayes were named to the All-WKC Team for Classes 1A-3A.
Named to the Class 2A All-WKC team were Calhoun, Koenig, Bridges, Mayes, quarterback Donald Bush, defensive back Devin Stewart, defensive ends Will Stagner, and defensive backs Antonio Grubbs, and Aaron Acree.
The players will be honored at the WKC Banquet next month, usually held at Murray State University.
