Mindy Hargrove named Hopkinsville volleyball coach

Mindy Hargrove, who at one time served as summer recreation director at the Trigg County Recreation Complex, has been named the new head volleyball coach at Hopkinsville.

Hargrove's husband and Trigg County native Doug Hargrove will be an assistant coach for the Lady Tigers, who struggled to a 1-20 record.

She said tryouts will be held tonight at 7pm at Tiger Gym.  Hoptown is scheduled to open the season Aug. 7 at Russellville.
