Trigg County continued their streak of winning a state title at the fifth annual Kentucky National Archery in Schools state championship Monday at the International Convention Center in Louisville.
The elementary school won the state title and qualified to head to the national competition in Louisville in June.
The high school team finished third, missing second place by 11 points. The middle school team didn't place in the top three, but missed third by 21 points.
Both the high school and middle school also qualified for the national competition.
Sophomore Danielle Reddick, who finished third at the state level last year, finished second overall this year.
Sophomore Grady Cofield finished second overall in the male division.
I hope to have some more results from the state meet later in the week.
