Baseball returns to WKDZ

For the first time in 15 years, high school baseball will be carried on WKDZ.

A preliminary schedule plans for at least 11 Trigg County baseball or softball games to be carried on AM-1110 WKDZ and nine more games involving Christian County schools on Oldies 1480 WHVO.

I'll be handling the play-by-play duties and will have some different people stopping in from time to time on the air.

The first game will be today at 5pm when Trigg County visits University Heights.  The game will be carried on both radio stations.

Each game will begin with the Dixon Septic and Backhoe Dugout Show 15 minutes before the first pitch.  Here is the list of sponsors for both baseball and softball on WKDZ and WHVO.
