Trigg County competed in the first-ever Colonel Classic Archery Competition Saturday at Henderson South Middle School. There were approximately 59 archers who competed.
Trigg's Dalton Davis took first place in the elementary boys division with a score of 273, while Ryan McCloud was fifth.
In the elementary girls division, Katie Coons finished fourth.
Caleb Rawlins finished second in the middle school boys division, while D.J. Wilson was fourth.
Amber Abate won the middle school girls division with a score of 282. Sloane Patterson was second, Carly Oliver finished third, and Brianna Messmer was fifth.
In the high school division, Cole Davis was fifth in the boys competition, while Danielle Reddick was fourth place for the girls.
Trigg County will host the regional archery tournament March 17.
