Volunteers are needed for a “Fix-up Day” at the Trigg County Recreation Complex, which is scheduled for Saturday, March 10. Volunteers are needed to help paint, replace boards, fix fences, rake fields, help get the new peewee baseball field in shape, and do other odd jobs.
Fourshee's Building Supply is donating some of the supplies for the volunteers to use. Lunch will be furnished for all volunteers around noon. Hancock's Market is donating hamburgers and buns, and Washer's IGA is donating ice and drinks.
If you, your church group, or civic organization would be willing to donate time, materials, or money, contact Complex director Jerry Radford (522-3744), Kevin Terrell, or Stacy Futrell.
