How can the Titans make the playoffs?

What do the Titans need to do to get in the playoffs?

This week, the Titans need to beat New England. Then, they need Pittsburgh to beat Cincinnati. They also need San Francisco to beat Denver. Then, they need Kansas City to beat Jacksonville.

If this happens, we may be witnessing the Music City Miracle - Part II.
