Trigg County dropped a straight sets match to district rival Caldwell County Thursday night in volleyball action in Princeton. Caldwell won 25-22, 25-13.
Casey Banister had 8 assists.
Kalesha Williams had 2 kills, 6 blocks and 1 ace.
Molly Thompson had 2 kills and 3 blocks.
Stacey Schoneman had 3 kills.
Keisha Stewart had 1 kill and 1 block.
Courtney Oliver had 1 ace.
Trigg is now 3-8 overall and 1-2 in the district.
The JV lost in straight sets 21-11, 21-12 and the Trigg freshman lost 21-11, 21-4.
Trigg returns to action next Saturday in the Trigg County Slamfest at Trigg County High School.
