Titans sign Kerry Collins

I guess Billy Volek wasn't the man after all.  The Titans have signed quarterback Kerry Collins, who make his way into the starting lineup.  It's the same Kerry Collins that has a 66-79 record as a starter.

It should be painful for Titans coaches in practice to watch the throwing styles of the flappy-armed Collins and the side-arm delivery of Vince Young.

There is no truth to the rumor that Titans owner Bud Adams tried to talk Dan Pastorini and Warren Moon out of retirement.
