Trigg County 28; Reidland 7

After "stealing" a district win against Caldwell County, Trigg finds itself in another "must Win" district game on the road at Reidland.  Rain fell all night, but the Wildcats slipped and slid to a 28-7 victory on Friday October, 9, 2009.

Trigg Football met up with district favorite Murray on Friday September 25, 2009 at Perdue Field.  The defense had a busy night, and the offense could never get rolling as the Tigers defeated the Wildcats pitching a Shut-Out.

Union City 45; Trigg County 6

Trigg County Football opened the 2009 season on Friday August 21, 2009, with a tough assignment:  defeat perennial power Union  City.  The golden Tornadoes prevailed at home in front of a huge opening crowd.  Union City went on to win the TN State Championship in 2009.
