Nick Choate finishes fourth at Jr. Golf Tourney

Nick Choate of Cadiz finished fourth at the Pepsi Junior Golf Tournament of Champions Thursday at the Canewood Golf Club in Georgetown.

Choate shot a first round 34 in the 11 and 12-year-old division, and followed it with a 41 on Thursday to finish seven shots behind Zach Smith of Mount Sterling.

Choate is tied for 14th in the Pepsi standings for his division despite playing a limited schedule.
