District baseball draw to be held today

The Fifth District Baseball meeting will be held today with the top priority to determine the seeding and dates for the postseason tournament.

Trigg County, Livingston Central, and Crittenden County are all tied atop the standings with a 4-2 record.  Lyon County is 0-6 and will be the #4 seed.

Because the top three teams all swept each other during the season, a coin toss will be used to determine the top three seeds.

The tournament will get underway in less than two weeks at Lyon County High School.
