Kentucky adds WKU to their 2008 football schedule

Kentucky has added Western Kentucky to their 2008 football schedule, with the Hilltoppers scheduled to visit Commonwealth Stadium Sept. 27. It will be the first-ever football meeting between the schools.

Kentucky's schedule originally had a pair of Mid American Conference teams on it -- Temple and Miami, Ohio. However, the MAC is having trouble with their scheduling and has had to drop Kentucky twice now.

Kentucky recently added Middle Tennessee State to their schedule for Sept. 13.

Kentucky and Louisville still have not agreed on when to play the season opener.

Nov. 29 - at Tennessee
