Scott Brown's SportsBytes on WKDZ: Darrin Horn takes the South Carolina job

A week after guiding Western Kentucky to the Sweet 16, Darrin Horn has been named the new head basketball coach at South Carolina.

Horn was 111-48 in five seasons at WKU and replaces Dave Odom, who stepped down after seven seasons as head coach of the Gamecocks.

The announcement is expected to be made official Tuesday
