Jeff Adams is up to second string right guard at the University of Louisville. The 6-8, 300-pound redshirt freshman from Trigg County began the spring at right tackle, but injuries at the right guard spot forced the shift behind sophomore Mike Donoghue, according to the Louisville Courier-Journal, who pretty much called the right guard spot the weakest on the Cardinal line.
While the bump to second string is good news, Adams found out some more good news last week. He's on a video game.
Jeff called home last week to tell his parents that his likeness is on the NCAA '08 video game by EA Sports. The video game, which makes you feel like you're part of the action (both playing and coaching), hit the shelves recently.
Jeff and the rest of the Louisville Cardinals hit the real field Aug. 30 when they name their score against Murray State at Papa John's Stadium.
