On May 1st, 2008 Bill spoke with Brian about his organizations flights for WWII vets to the memorial in Washington DC. Since this interview, another group of KY WWII Vets were flown on May 21st, 2008. There are flights scheduled for June 11th; August 2nd; and two flights for September and October. However, Duffy's organization still needs funding for the last two flights. We're losing 1,200-1,500 WWII Vets daily.
Bill and Steve discussed his independent film "Maniac On The Loose" on Wednesday, May 14th. This film was shot entirely in Madisonville, KY and stars several local actors. The film will premiere at the Glema Mar Center in Madisonville on Friday May 23rd at 7:30P. The public is invited and tickets are $5 a piece.
